We can design a training session tailored to your needs. May it be creating an ongoing training plan for staff. A one on one focus session with a staff member on a specific skill or a hands-on workshop for the full team.
The beauty of this style of training is that you get out of the time what you want. The sessions will be designed specifically for you and your team. Focused on what you want to learn and not what a brand thinks you want to learn.

Educator
Stefany Hall
Stef has been in the hairdressing industry for over 15 years.
Studied at Servilles Academy and is a fully qualified by HITO and NZQA standards.
Education has been a huge part of Stefs career. After being a stylist on the floor she then became the head colour specialist trainer for Servilles. Stef completely reinvented the training regime for colour technicians within the company. Inspired and helped many young hairdressers complete there final assesments all while servicing a busy clientele in salon.
After Servilles, Stef moved into a role as an Eductor for a top Colour House which cemeted her passion for education.
" I believe knowlege is key in the hairdressing industry. Travelling New Zealand in my Educator role really showed me there is a huge part that the current education offerings don't fill. Many salon owners are too busy working in the business and the education avalible isn't specifically what is
needed in salon."
Stef has won and been nominated for many hairdressing awards. Worked in salons as a Stylist and Master Colourist, Education Manager and backstage at Fashion weeks and shows. She is highly skilled in all colour, cutting and styling techniques and will tailor your session and focus on what you and your team what to improve on.
Based in Auckland but happy to travel within New Zealand and overseas.

Over the years I have had Stef in my salon a number of times to educate.
She is definitely one of the best.
Stef is able to deliver education to staff at all different levels. If your an apprentice or have been hairdressing for a number of years you will still gain new skills from her education seminars.
Everyone feels so comfortable around her which meant they could easily ask questions.
